Terms, privacy and your data

Terms
Seamonster is a trading name of Opuss & Co Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16808564. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
The layouts are free for your own use. Print as many as you like for yourself, your family or your class. Do not sell them or share the PDF files.
Pick a username that does not pretend to be someone else and is not offensive. Requests must not be offensive, illegal or about someone else. We read every request before it appears, and we may remove requests or suggestions that break this.
To report something you see on the site, press Report on it, or email privacy@seamonster.co.uk. We look at every report and complaint, remove anything that breaks these terms or the law, and tell you what we did if you ask.
We make each PDF with care, but print one sheet and check it before you print many. We are not responsible for wasted paper or ink. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
We may change these terms. We will email you before a big change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Privacy
We keep only what we need to make your PDFs and run the site. We do not sell your data and we show no adverts.

Who helps us: Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the site and its database in Finland, and Resend, Inc. (United States) sends our emails. Both work for us under contract. Stripe handles tips; we only learn that a tip was made. We count visits with Umami, which we run ourselves on Amazon Web Services in London. Where your data goes to the United States, it is protected by the UK–US data bridge or by the UK’s standard contract clauses. The site’s fonts come from our own server, so loading a page sends nothing to anyone else.
How long: while you have an account. When you delete it, we remove your data within 30 days. Your requests stay, without your username. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can see, correct, download or delete the data we hold about you, ask us to limit how we use it, object to how we use it, and take back your consent at any time. Most of this is one click in Account / Your data.
